In the foreground is the Table Rock Center located on the Canadian side of the falls.
Hundreds of years ago, the land on which the pedestrian walkway at the brink
of the falls and Table Rock Center now stands, formed part of the Falls and
was covered with fast flowing water.

As stated, Table Rock does not exist anymore. It was located along the walkway to the left
of the visitor center in the picture above. I am quizzical about making a big deal
about a feature no longer here. I suppose as this place developed in a linear
fashion they had to pay tribute to a physical feature once one of the main focal points
for tourists.

We walked down the side walk to this view across from Bridal Veil Falls. Bridal Veil
is just to the right of the American Falls, separated by it from a very small island.
In this picture you get a hint of the yellow rainbow color The people give a good
perspective of the size of the cataract.

Here is the American Falls with one of the Maid of the Mists cruising by. I believe there
are two Maids on the American side and two Maids on the Canadian side. The American
Falls have this big pile of debris at the base of the falls.

I like the mist rising from falls.

A wide-angle view taken from the walkway showing the entire American Falls, with Bridal Veil Falls on the right.
We couldn't figure out what that damn balloon was, it went up and down all day. We couldn't
figure out if people were on it or not ...

Here's the view looking back toward Table Rock Center also showing the Canadian Horseshoe Falls
and one of the
Maid's of the Mist creeping closer into the spray.
